2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@harrellamb.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the product (if the item is defective or damaged)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@harrellamb.com with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
